Refund Policy

At HMD Officials, we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction with every project.

Project-Based Work

For custom development projects, refunds are handled on a milestone basis. If a milestone is not delivered as agreed, clients are entitled to a refund for that milestone's payment.

Retainer Services

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once work has commenced for that month. Cancellation with 30 days notice is required.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes should first be raised with our project management team. We will work to resolve all issues within 5 business days.
